I think that this method of evaluation is a few complicated, because we must have our evidences in our blogs, but some of us don’t have internet in our house, and some of us must spent our money in a internet, and you want photos and is the same case, some of us don’t have a camera.
I think you should look for a new method to evaluate us.

SELF ASSESSMENT

I consider that I am a good teacher because I like to work with adolescents, I put my best effort during my classes, I tray to made ma material because I want that may class will interesting. Not all is good I have had some problems, for example the group of 3rd grade, but I resolve all the problems and then they understand that my class is serious and I gain the respect of these students, and now they work wit me without problem.
I recognize that I still have some problems but I`m sure that with the practice I going to resolve my problems.

DEBATE

When I gave a class I promote the debate between my students, they have to analyze in which situation they are going to use specific information, I think that in this way they can retain more information and they could have a significant learn.

HOW PLAN A CLASS

I plan my classes based in games because I saw that it is the better form in which my students learn, and is easier from them this is an example of the games.

DISTRIBUTION OF MY TIME

When I made my lesson plan I have to distribute my time, I have to have the enough time to check the homework, introduce the new topic, made a dynamic and to review that activity,

A BAD DAY

I had a bad experience during the last day of practices, because I gave class to a 3rd grade and they don paid me attention, and I remember that when one of my classmate had the same situation she asked that they translate a lesson from their book, and I did the same, it was their exam. It was incorrect because is against to the approach, but this was the only form in which stopped to play in the classroom.

HOW MY STUDENTS LEARN?

Based in a previous observation I saw that my students learn better when they play games, so I decide to play a game with the prepositions of place, I made a map in which they had to found where the paces are. And this is the map:

OBJECTIVES AT THE END OF THE CURSE

Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his/her field of specialisation. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.

There are the propose to obtain at the end of the curse. I tried to base my classes in those points. During my classes I tried that my students infer the information, and that they express they believe and what their think about the topics.
